While there’s not currently a way to customize a form’s URL, many people who want to do this are seeking to put their own organization’s name into the form’s URL. In these cases, there’s a workaround.
We recommend you embed the form on your website. This will enable you to send a link to a page on your website using your own URL, rather than a link to the form itself. (A form’s public link will always include the Cognito Forms domain, your organization name, and the form name.)
