This is a contract for services with Now Interpreters. We are requesting authorization for translation services and fee approval. To ensure that all the information is accurate and approved please verify the details.
Cancelation Policy: Once approval is received, translator will move forward as directed. If at any time you decide to cancel translation services, you will be billed for the full amount as agreed.
Translator will not be assigned/secured unless contract is signed.
Terms & Conditions: Signing below is officially obligating you to pay amount quoted in the email request.
Payment will be due at time of receipt of final invoice and the credit card on file will be used to pay for invoice within 24 hours of Invoice delivery.
Please note: A temporary AUTHORIZATION ONLY will be processed to verify credit card info is entered correctly. You will see a Pending Transaction in the amount of $1. This is not a CHARGE, but an authorization and it will drop off within 2-4 business days.
I understand and accept the contract terms as stated above.
I have been given the opportunity to read this agreement and all related documents in full and in my own time. I have also been offered the opportunity to have any matters contained therein explained or clarified, as well as the opportunity to take independent advice prior to entering into this agreement.
I acknowledge that I am contractually bound by this agreement, and that I am liable for fees for services due to the services performed in accordance with this agreement.
Additionally, I understand that my card information will be kept on file at the payment processor during the period of this contract.
