All announcement requests must be submitted two weeks prior to the week you are requesting them to be published. Any requests requiring design work must be submitted four weeks prior to the required date. Submission does not guarantee that your request(s) will be approved but we will do our best to accomodate. If this request is promoting an event on campus, the event must be booked on the calendar before this request is submitted.

Events are typically advertised 2-3 weeks (2-3 Sundays) leading up to the event; what are your preferred start dates & end dates? Final dates will be given based on availability.
