All participants must have a valid passport with at least 2 empty pages and an expiration date of (date here) or after in their possession no later than 90 days prior to the departure date for this trip.
Please list the names of the other guests that will be staying in the same room with you.
If you'll be the only one submitting the deposit and/or payments on behalf of everyone staying in your room please provide everyone's date of birth and gender, otherwise their names is only needed. If submitting the name and date of birth for others please verify the information before submitting your registration.
Registration forms are required for all roommates that plan to pay their own deposit and/or payments. Registration forms must be submitted within 24 hours of one another in order to secure a registration.
A passport is required in order to go on this trip. This does not affect your ability to register for this trip at this time so please submit your payment as soon as possible. Just be aware that you are responsible for obtaining a valid passport.
Please either apply for a new passport or renew your passport if it expires after the date given. It takes 4-6 weeks to receive your passport in the mail.

PLEASE NOTE: Each roommate must submit their own cancellation request. Each roommate will be required to pay a $50 cancellation fee prior to Advance Travel Group, LLC submitting the request to the supplier. Each remaining roommate(s) rate will be adjusted to reflect the amount of guest(s) staying in the same room.
