No presentations will be permitted that have not been previously reviewed by NMHC staff. Note: All presentations must use the approved NMHC PowerPoint template which was provided to speakers by their session planner. Please note: The presentation template is set in a widescreen format in order for presentations to show properly on the screen.
Please review your speaker confirmation email for exact deadlines.
NMHC will not provide hard-copy handouts for attendees. Presentations will be posted on the NMHC website after the conference.
Concurrent Sessions & General Session: The standard audiovisual set for the meeting room will include a lectern with a microphone and chairs for each panelist. Each panelist will have their own lavaliere mic. A laptop computer, projector, screen and wireless remote (for advancing slides) will also be provided for sessions that include a PowerPoint or other visual presentation.

I hereby give permission for the National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC) to use my photo in NMHC marketing materials and on the website. In the event that NMHC (or a hired representative) takes photographs and/or audio/video records during the conference, I give permission for NMHC to use the photo/audio/video in part or full for advertising, marketing, display, broadcast, webcasting, sound bites or exhibiting. Further, provided I have a presentation, I hereby give permission to NMHC to post my visual presentation and/or session handouts on the NMHC web site for members and conference attendees only. I release NMHC, its officers, employees and agents from liability arising from any such use and distribution, and hold them harmless for any improper use of intellectual property.
