HOW OUR WAITING / DROP-OFF APPOINTMENTS WORK
Waiting Appointment: A specific time will be assigned for you to bring in the vehicle to be completed.
Drop-off Appointment: Vehicles need to be dropped off by 10am on the day of your appointment. A key-drop box is also available at your convenience. We detail vehicles in the order they arrive to our shop and all details are completed the same day. When your vehicle is complete, XAD will notify you.
CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULING POLICY
Appointment cancellation and rescheduling requires a 48 hours advance notice to avoid a $30 cancellation fee.

Missing your appointment without notification is subject to a $50 fee.
GETTING YOUR VEHICLE READY
Please remove ALL personal effects, the vehicle should be completely empty when you arrive.
XAD is neither responsible nor liable for any lost items left in the vehicle or any damages beyond the detail process.
In the unlikely event of damage to your vehicle an XAD representative must determine that the damage occurred while the vehicle was in our custody.
