If your ministry would like to be considered for space and/or promotion at our parish, you will now need to submit ALL future requests to be reviewed through our Executive Team. In the past we have been able to accommodate most ministries and their requests to use the parish facilities and to freely advertise, promote and collect money for all of the wonderful work you do. But due to the current financial strains and the limited space, we need to be very conservative with our resources and prioritize what best serves our parish directly. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Requests during this construction year will be very limited even if your ministry events have been approved in the past. ALL requests MUST be submitted at least 30 days prior to the desired date (ie: requests for Jan. 1, 2019 and forward would need to be submitted by Dec. 1, 2018.) We will review those requests already in our schedule through June 2019 and will let you know if alternate arrangements need to be made as soon as possible.
Please note that the entry road between the current church/hall and the construction site will be respected as church space and no longer will be used for ANY advertising or in person promotion of an event or ministry. To give reverence for the sacred space as parishioners enter and exit Mass, this area will be kept as a walking area only. Approved banners will be hung at approved locations only.
We also need to suspend all additional collections at Mass, except those mandated by the Diocese and those directly benefitting our parish. During this crucial time, additional collections often greatly reduce our weekly income and are jeopardizing our ability to pay for the overall operations of our parish.

St. Bonaventure Church is a large parish and our resources are in high demand. If your plans change, and you will not be using the resources for which you have been scheduled, please contact us as soon as possible so we can release the resources for others to use. Thank you for your cooperation.

To be considered an active ministry and to be supported and recognized in the future, All ministries need to have a current Ministry Questionaire on file before any requests will be considered. If we do not have a current response, we will assume the ministry has been disbanded and facility reservations will be released.
Please familiarize yourself with the facility use regulations. You and your group are responsible for proper care of the facilities.
