Please indicate the total amount of space in METRES required to operate (including BOH, fencing etc.)
AERIAL space - operational area required outside ground footprint
Ensure dimensions are accurate and include any specific placement needs (drive/back in), orientation to street etc.
Illustrate ticket box, awnings, guy ropes, platforms, tow bar, verandahs, goose necks etc.
Please include provisions for site offices, storage (including vehicles), fencing/barricades or any other BOH requirements relevant to the site.
Please be aware BOH space is limited.
Please also provide a photo/image displaying staff uniforms (required by all Show operators)

NOTE – NEW rides/devices need to have arrived in Australia prior to the end of May 2019 to be considered for the 2019 Show, unless otherwise agreed by the RAHS of SA.
Please indicate the percentage of permanent vs casual staff operating and working on rides,
Should the number vary between rides, please list percentage for each ride.
The RAHS of SA must receive this completed form by THURSDAY 31st JANUARY 2019
a) Ensure that all information, including ‘Required Additional Information for Rides’ is enclosed or attached to your application.
b) Any Licence to operate at the Royal Adelaide Show will be granted only if a properly completed EOI form has been received.
c) Only games or rides/devices accepted by the RAHS and detailed on the Licence Agreement will be permitted to operate.
d) Submission of this form to the RAHS does not represent a commitment on the part of either party or bind them in any way.
If allocated a site at the 2019 Royal Adelaide Show, based on this submission, I/we agree to comply with all conditions of occupancy and pre-payment of all charges, as set down by the Society.
