In transit, the scoops can fall to the bottom of the bottles. Use a fork or spoon to sift through the supplement to ensure that it has not settled to the bottom of the tubs. If you have done this and are still not finding it, fill out the form below and we will get one right out to you!
If you are missing an item or have received the wrong product in your order, please fill out the form below and we will get your order fixed right away. Also, please upload a picture of the packing slip that is either in or on your package. We will send you the correct product and a return shipping label for the incorrect product right away.
Please note apparel and coffee mugs are shipped from another warehouse and usually take a few extra days to receive them.

Unopened Products:The refund policy for a full refunds lasts 30 days. Product will not be accepted for refund beyond 30 days after purchase.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

Opened Products:The return policy for opened/used products lasts 14 days after purchase. Products that are opened and have been used are eligible for website credit (issued in the form of a e-gift card). Additionally, customers found abusing or manipulating this program will forfeit the ability to return opened items and potentially future orders. Eligibility for this program will be determined at the discretion of Bowmar Nutrition.

We do our best to get all orders out within 1-2 business days. With the influx of orders for product launches and products coming back in stock there are times where this can be pushed back a few days. Please fill out the form if you have not received a tracking number and it has been a week or more from your order date.
