If your order status is delivered and you haven't received your order please do the following:
1- Check that your address on your order confirmation is correct.
2- Please call the appropriate shipping company to check that the status was not accidentally updated. They will be able to reach out to the local company and driver to help find your order.
3- If your package has been lost by the shipper and cannot be recovered please file a claim with the shipping company. We will need that claim information to re-process your order.
Tracking not updated resolutions:
1: If your tracking number has been in PRE-SHIPMENT status for more than 2 days please fill out the form below.
2: If your order is not updating its location but has left our warehouse, please reach out to the shipping company to check on status. They will have the most updated information as we will see exactly what you will see. We have seen that most times there is a damaged scan code on the label and is not scanning but is still on time for delivery.
If you put your address in incorrectly:
If you accidentally put the wrong address or an old address was used, please make sure that your tracking has not left our warehouse yet and fill out the form below. If your order has already started the shipping process please reach out directly to have the package delivery address updated.
If your order shows shipment cancelled please fill out the form below. Usually another label has been created for your order and has not updated in the system.
