Box Limited Lifetime Warranty Against Breakage
Applies to non-wearing parts only, purchased by the original owner (warranty is not transferable, you must retain your original proof of purchase) where the main part of the product has physically broken (into two or more parts), snapped, separated or come apart.
1.1 Lifetime Warranty against breakage does not apply to:
1.1.1 Products that are bent.
1.1.2 Products that have been mistreated, or have been intentionally or maliciously broken in an attempt to qualify for warranty coverage.
1.1.3 Products that break during installation or as a result of improper installation or incompatibility.
1.1.4 Products that have been modified from the original design, with the exception of products that have been cut to size such as fork steerer tubes or handlebars.
1.1.5 Products subject to normal wear and tear (see below list in Limited Lifetime Warranty Against Manufacturing Defects section 1.1).
1.1.6 Co-branded products.
1.2 Lifetime Warranty against breakage covers a total of two replacements for the item no more than once per 12 month consecutive period.
1.3 Lifetime Warranty against breakage is limited to the broken product only. Box is not responsible for any consequential or subsequent damages.
1.4 'Lifetime' refers to the product lifetime during real world use, and is limited to five years from the original date of purchase.

Box Limited Lifetime Warranty Against Manufacturing Defects
Except as otherwise set forth herein, Box warrants its products to be free from manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship, and applies to products purchased by the original owner (warranty is not transferable, you must retain your original proof of purchase.
1.1 Normal wear and tear. Wear and tear parts are subject to damage as a result of normal use, natural fading of colors/materials over time and/or exposure.
Wear and tear parts are identified as including but not limited to:
Hardware such as threads, bolts, pins, c-clips, springs, detents, etc • Dust seals • Bushings • Rubber moving parts • Foam rings seals • Brake sleeves • Brake pads • Chains • Sprockets • Cassettes • Shifter and brake cables (inner and outer) • Handlebar grips • Shifter grips • Jockey wheels • Disc brake rotors • Wheel braking surfaces • Bearings • Bearing races • Pawls • Transmission gears • Spokes • Freehubs • Corrosion • Tools • Velcro fasteners • Tires • Surface finishes • Decals • Crank pedal threads
1.2 Soft goods (clothing, hats, etc.). Soft goods are covered for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase.
1.3 Products that have been mistreated, or have been intentionally or maliciously broken or modified in an attempt to qualify for warranty coverage.
1.4 Products that have been incorrectly installed, adjusted or maintained.
1.5 Products that have been modified from their original design (with the exception of cutting handlebars or steerer tubes to size), including, but not limited to any attempt to open or repair a product. Modifications from the product’s original condition include painting, polishing, drilling, lightening, chroming or re-anodizing.
1.6 Products where the serial number or production code has been deliberately altered, defaced or removed.
1.7 ‘Lifetime’ refers to the product lifetime during real world use, and is limited to five years from the original date of purchase.
1.8 Co-branded products.

To file a claim

f. Photos of damaged product (at least one photo must show the whole of the product)
g. Written information describing the nature of the problem
h. Original proof of purchase
2. Box may request the return of damaged or defective items to Box or Box’s designee. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the sender. Box will cover shipping costs of the replacement to the address in the warranty form.
3. Warranted product must not be destroyed or disposed of unless instructed to do so by Box. Do not dispose of the product prior to or during your claim application, as this will void the claim.
4. Any labor charges incurred for removal, installation, adjustment or repairs are not covered.
5. Current products will be repaired or replaced free of charge. Warrantied products are subject to repair and availability. In some cases, alternative products deemed more suitable by Box will be used . Exact color and model is not guaranteed. If a product is no longer manufactured and a replacement is not available, credit will be provided toward the purchase of merchandise with Box.

You can still fill out a claim and let us know what happened, but it won't be eligible for warranty.
Please provide photos (and/or video) of the actual product. There must be at least one photo showing the whole entire product, followed by detailed photos of the affected/damaged area. If your product has a serial number (forks, derailleurs, handlebars, shifters, cassette etc) please also provide a photo of that. You can upload up to 10 files (100MB size limit per photograph). Providing insufficient photographic evidence can delay the processing of your claim.
If claiming for multiples of the same item or multiple different products, please complete a separate claim form for each product.
