The University uses the US Postal Service for its communications.
The Office of the Registrar may accommodate a request to send a transcript or other Registrar document using FedEx or UPS only (documents form other offices may not be included). To use this service, you must have a pre-existing account with either (other carriers are not allowed). Please fill the form out exactly as it is written; incomplete or incorrect submissions will not be processed.
Note that a diploma may NOT be sent via FedEx or UPS. The University uses a professional printing house for its diplomas; that company ships via USPS only - it does not allow for expedited services.
Under normal circumstances, the processing and delivery for shipping occurs within one to three business days.
LMU will use FedEx or UPS only.
The sender must supply a valid account number at either carrier (choose one only) and enter the account number to be charged.
LMU will not send the document if the account number is missing or incorrect.
Both carriers have specific terminology for the types of international service from which to choose. The FedEx delivery option must match the name used by FedEx; the same for UPS.If they do no match exactly, LMU will not send the document.
