Students returning from a medical leave of absence must contact the Student Affairs Dean’s Office at 310-338-3756.
The return form will not be processed until clearance is given by the Dean's Office.
If no, complete and submit the appropriate TCA Form to the Registrar's Office for processing. If necessary, the form will be sent to you to meet with the Associate Dean of your College for approval.
From each institution, request an official transcript and have it sent directly to:
