In order to properly process and evaluate a qualified application for employment as a commercial driver or truck/bus mechanic, for DOT motor carrier: Johannes Bus Service, Inc. (DOT 295723), a photocopy of the applicant’s current driver’s license must be attached. If the current license of the applicant is not an Illinois issued license, the applicant should obtain an Illinois license if they reside within the State. If an Illinois license is not obtained, the applicant may not be considered for employment with this company. In addition, the job for which you are applying, as a commercial motor vehicle operator and as a permitted Illinois School Bus Driver, is safety sensitive in nature and it requires that an Illinois School Bus Driver Card of Eligibility and a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) from the State of Illinois, as well as, an MVR from any other state, in which the applicant held a drivers license in the past three (3) years, from the date of application, be attached. The bus driving position is considered a part-time job. Daily School Bus Routes and On-Demand Charter Work.
Applicants who commence the training process and fail to complete the training may be held responsible for some of the training costs incurred by the Company.
