Scouting group events qualify for a 50% discount on rentals (discount does not apply to activities such as zipline, climbing etc.) Discount will be applied to final invoice.
Non-Profit group events qualify for a 20% discount on rentals (discount does not apply to activities such as zipline, climbing etc.) Discount will be applied to final invoice.
If this is a corporate event, Adventure Point requires a Certificate of Liability insurance with a minimum of $2,000,000 CSL with the Michigan Crossroads Council named as additional insured.

Water Dispenser in room
available for $20, includes one fill that serves about 20 people. There is a dirnking fountain with bottle filling station available in the hall by the elevator.
Pavillion Rentals - $50 for half day rental (4 hours or less) or $100 for full day rental
Camping Prices
Tent Camping - $7 per person per night
Yurts - $150 per night - sleeps up to 10 people
Check in time for Camping is 6 pm on arrival date and Check out is at 12:00 pm on Departure date

*our camp sites have closed for the winter and will re-open at the end of March*
Minimum of 10 people per group is requrired to participate.
Zipline is for ages 11 and up, all other ativities appropriate for ages 6 and up.
Please allow for approximately 1.5 hours per activity - time may vary based on number of people participating.
Activity availability is based on volunteer availability and may be weather dependant or seasonal (most activites close for the winter season)
Leadership Adventures are $4 per person
and Soaring Adventures are $9 per person
Rental Agreement
The above organization agrees to abide by all facility rules and regulations, and if damage occurs, your group will be billed to cover the cost of repair or replacement of the damaged property. If cleaning is needed following your event your group will be billed a standard cleaning fee of $100. The above organization agrees to use only the room(s) they have reserved and paid for and to refrain from occupying other parts of the facility without consent from the office staff.
Hold Harmless Agreement
The Organization above shall indemnify, hold free and harmless, assume liability for and defend the Boy Scouts of America, Michigan Crossroads Council and Scouting's chartered organizations, and any of their affiliates, not limited to, attorney fees, resonable investigative and discovery costs, court costs, and all other sums that the agents, servants, employees, officers, volunteers, and directors incur as a result of any demand for claim or assertion of liability under any municipal, state or federal law or cause for action, including any action under the Amreicans with Disabilities Act, arising or alleged to have arisen out of any act or omission of, or any use of real or personal property belonging to the Boy Scouts of America, Michigan Crossroads Council, or Scouting's Charter Organizations, and any of their affiliates, agents, servants, employees, officers, volunteers and directors.
