Terms and Conditions

MODEL RELEASE: I commission BlackBorder Creative Studios and its representative photographer, to photograph myself and/​or my spouse and/​or underage children specified in this service booking. I hereby grant and understand that BlackBorder Creative Studios has full rights to the images and may use my images (but not limited to) social media, advertisement, portfolio, promotions, exhibitions etc., and there will be no compensation to the above. *
 
COPYRIGHT: I acknowledge and understand that the images taken by BlackBorder Creative Studios through its appointed photographer; are protected by Copyright Laws. I understand it is unlawful to scan, copy, print or digitally reproduce such images for personal and/​or commercial purposes without BlackBorder Creative Studio’s written permission, and breach of this will be subject to civil and criminal penalties.
 
SCHEDULE & CANCELLATIONS: Weather cancellations will be made at the photographer’s discretions. A 48-hour prior notice is required if the client wants to reschedule a session at a later date AND within 2 weeks of the original session date, otherwise, the retainer fee will be forfeited and client will have to pay another retainer fee. Tardiness of my session will not delay my session. My session will remain within the scheduled timeframe and additional fee will be applied if the session goes beyond the agreed time.
 

BOOKING CONFIRMATION & PAYMENT SCHEDULE: 


I understand that my session is not confirmed until a non-refundable retainer fee (25%) of the package price is paid to BlackBorder Creative Studios Ltd. via Bank to Bank funds transfer only. I understand that my remaining session balance is due at the time of my session. My images will not be released until the remaining/final balance is paid. By choosing "I Agree" I understand and agree to the terms and conditions set forth by BlackBorder Creative Studios Ltd as stated. *
