Your club can do so by filling out the below online submission by Janaury 1, 2021.
After your club pledges to pay the $395 per participant fee, it is imperative that your participant's information is submitted by no later than March 1, 2020.
If your club does not provide us with the participant information, your pledge submission grants us the ability to choose participant within the district on your behalf.
Please note, if the conference gets canceled due to COVID-19, your clubs will not be billed.
