❏ Submit a completed Client Overview Page to email@example.com and Luke your Sales Mentor will send you the Client’s new landing page for member registration
❏ Sedera directly requests the Client’s electronic signature for the Services Agreement and Exhibit A and ACH Agreement.
❏ Have prospective members use the Client’s landing page to sign up for Sedera
❏ Complete and upload the banking application and documents 1. Banking Application – Amegy Bank 2. Attach Client’s support documents: a. Proof of Business type and associated approved documents b. Copy of Driver’s License for every person listed on the application
❏ Deadline for all Client and member on-boarding is the 20th of the month prior to the start date For enrollment information received after the 20th, the Client's start date will be deferred until the 1st of the following month.
