The Moose Cree First Nation Harvesters Subsidy recipient understands that if they receive assistance for the 2020/21 trapping season, it does not mean that they will automatically qualify for assistance in the future. Any abuse in privileges will result in the suspension of benefits for a period of twelve months. The recipient understands if any required fields are not completed, the application will not be considered. By agreeing with this Agreement, the recipient declares that all information and statements on the application are true and correct.
The Moose Cree First Nation Harvesters Subsidy recipient agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Moose Cree First Nation and all of its officers, employees and agents of and from any and all claims, demand, losses, causes of action, damage, lawsuits, judgments, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, arising out of or relating to any injury resulting from the intended use of this subsidy, including but not limited to, symptoms and illness arising from the contraction of COVID 19 either before or after the execution of this Agreement.
