When starting this process, we will require a $100 Planning Deposit, this will be used towards the final payment. If your reservation is not booked within 30 days of the quote, the $100 will become our fee for services rendered.
Because our agency customizes your vacation experience, we think it is fair to give all of our attention to our clients as they need it. Having a Planning Deposit, helps us know who is serious about traveling. As our client you will appreciate that we cater to you and will give you the customer service you deserve because our time is not spent on customers that are just “looking around” and not serious about traveling. We will go over your questionnaire and make sure we are able to assist you in planning your vacation, before we discuss any deposits.

Please include the following information of each person staying in the same room or cabin with you.
Names must match EXACTLY as it appear on your passport (including middle names or initials) This is VERY important. Failure to give me your proper information may cause you to be denied board or entry into your destination. This will in turn cancel your reservation without refund.
A passport is required in order to go on this trip. This does not affect your ability to register for this trip at this time so please submit your payment as soon as possible. Just be aware that you are responsible for obtaining a valid passport.
Please either apply for a new passport or renew your passport if it expires before 6 months of your return date. (i.e. If you are due to return on January 1 your passport expiration date must be June 1 or later.) It takes 4-6 weeks to receive your passport in the mail.
