Before completing a request to change or cancel your booking, we recommend you read this important information regarding booking amendments to help you make the right choice.
When you submit a change or cancellation request, our team will assess your booking and provide a quote to proceed by email. We require written confirmation to proceed before making any amendments.
Cancel your booking:
We know that situations happen from time to time that require you to cancel your booking, and understand these can be unavoidable. When you cancel a booking, our travel partners and suppliers will charge a cancellation penalty up to the full amount paid depending on how soon you depart. Cruise1st charge a $300 per person cancellation fee. Please note that cancellation penalties, including the Cruise1st cancellation fee, cannot be waived and the value of these fees should be claimed through your travel insurance provider.
Did you know it can be significantly cheaper to change your booking to a later date instead of cancelling? While our travel partners and suppliers may still charge amendment fees, these may be less than if you were to cancel your booking. Cruise1st charge a $50 per person amendment fee. If you can't travel on your original booking, but would like to change to a later departure, please let us know and we'd be happy to assist.
Change your booking:
If you need to change your booking, please provide as much information as possible about the changes required. Our travel partners and suppliers may charge amendment fees, including airline reissue fees, and these cannot be waived.
If you are travelling internationally, Cruise1st require a copy of each travelling passengers passport. Please provide passport copies by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Note passport copies should contain the ID page of your passport, and may be scanned or photographed.
Please note that Cruise1st do not organise visas on your behalf. It is the responsibility of each travelling passenger to ensure they have the appropriate travel documentation, including a valid passport and travel visas, prior to departure.
Remember, all countries require at least 6 months passport validity beyond the date of your return. We strongly advise having more than 6 months validity remaining on your passport from the date you return from your holiday.

Most cruise lines enable you to save time before you go by checking in for your cruise online. Once you’ve checked in online, you’ll be able to order luggage labels and book excursions directly through the cruise line.
Please note, for any sailings with Carnival, Princess, P&O or Cunard, Cruise 1st is unable to email or post the final travel documentation or provide access to your print at home documents until your final balance is paid and online check in has been completed.

Cruise1st aim to provide all travel documentation 3 weeks prior to departure. While we may be able to provide documents earlier, many suppliers do not make final documents available to us until closer to departure. If it is within 3 weeks of your holiday departure and you haven't recieved your documents, please get in touch.
If you are travelling to China, documents will be sent out approximately 45 days prior to departure to ensure the necessary time for visa applications.
Please note tickets and printed travel documents are not a mandatory requirement to check-in or travel. However photo ID (a valid passport and any necessary visas for international travel) are required.
