ALL CLAIMS MUST BE SENT WITHIN FIVE (5) DAYS AFTER DISCOVERING ANY PROBLEMS WITH PRODUCT/SHIPMENT. DO NOT SUBMIT A NEW PURCHASE ORDER FOR A NEW UNIT AND DO NOT TAKE FROM STOCK BEFORE S&P'S APPROVAL. CUSTOMERS WILL BE CHARGED A 25% ADMINISTRATION FEE FOR ANY DUPLICATIONS.
Residential products will take approximately 24 to 48 hours to ship replacements after the claim has been received and approved by S&P. Commercial products that are Quickship may take 5 to 10 business days to turn around and ship out. Any assembled commercial product(s) may take 10 to 15 days to ship out as long as we have all the materials available in-house if not ship times will extend. Any products not manufactured by S&P may take up to 3 weeks, depending on the season and availability to receive product replacement.
To claim the benefit of this RMA, the buyer must return the equipment or part to the manufacturer with transportation prepaid. WE DO NOT PAY FOR LABOR COSTS.

S&P WILL NOT ACCEPT THE RETURN OF ANY SPECIAL, NONSTOCK, OBSOLETE OR UNSALEABLE PRODUCTS. OUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE OBLIGATION UNDER THIS RMA IS TO REPAIR OR REPLACE DEFECTIVE EQUIPMENT OR PARTS OR AT OUR OPTION. THE BUYER AGREES THAT NO OTHER REMEDY (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, DAMAGE FOR LOST PROFITS OR SALES, OR DAMAGES FOR INJURIES TO PERSON OR PROPERTY) SHALL BE AVAILABLE. NOTWITHSTANDING THE ABOVE, THE TOTAL AMOUNT, IN ANY EVENT, IS PAYABLE IN SETTLEMENT OR LIABILITY, HOWEVER, INCURRED, SHALL NOT EXCEED THE CONTRACT PRICE.
