The purpose of The Woodlands High School Band Booster Club is to provide the necessary support for all band activities and programs and thereby encourage the creativity of our youth and our members through community involvement.
The Boosters have entered into a contractual agreement with Aramark, whereby the Boosters provide individuals to work at concession events. Participation in the organization's concessions programs is voluntary and subject to the observance of the organization's rules and procedures.
The activities outlined below are strictly prohibited while participating in a concession event. Any participant who violates this Code is subject to discipline, up to and including removal from the program.
Failure to follow any of Aramark’s alcohol server policies or procedures.
Verbal, physical or visual harassment of another participant, staff member, customer or volunteer; including, but not limited to, discourtesy, rudeness, abusive language, bullying, taking unfair advantage and/or sexual harassment.
Actual or threatened conduct endangering the life, safety, health or well-being of others.
Failing to cooperate with a supervisor/leader.
Possession or use of alcoholic beverages or illegal drugs or reporting to the program while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Bringing unauthorized materials such as explosives, firearms, weapons or other similar items.
Recurrent “sick” calls with less than 48 hour notice. (We are required to provide the attendance list at least 72 hours before a show so this puts us behind the 8 ball but at least gives us a bit of time to find a replacement.)
Recurrent tardy arrivals for scheduled shifts. (When workers arrive late, it is unfair for those who are on time and may make the booth ill prepared for when the gates open.)
I have read and I understand The Woodlands High School Band Booster’s Concessions Code of Conduct.
I agree to abide by the rules described above and understand that I may be removed as a participant if I violate any of these rules.
