Summary:

  • The BNI® Director Consultant is responsible for ensuring New Members are onboarded to BNI® in a positive, supportive, productive way so that first year retention improves.

Primary Tasks:

  • Visit Chapter monthly. Ensure the Leadership Team is following the success system BNI® has established.
  • Support Leadership Team during each Chapter Success Meeting. This will ensure Chapter is having high-quality discussions and taking action within areas of opportunity.
  • Host a weekly 30-minute call with Chapter's President, Vice President and Secretary Treasurer, ensuring
    1. They are on track to reach goals and
    2. They're proactively leading Chapter to success.
  • Join a weekly call with Area Director to ensure you are receiving support and guidance you need to be a successful Chapter Ambassador.
  • Participate in monthly Leadership Roundtables to offer you additional exposure as a vital organizational leader of BNI® Alabama.

  • The BNI® Launch Director is responsible for increasing the size of the BNI® community. This is accomplished by helping business owners become a Master Connector in their community through launching a new BNI® Chapter.

Primary Tasks:

  • Identify well-connected business owners who have potential to become Master Connectors within the community.
  • Host prospecting One-to-Ones with Financial Advisors, Insurance Agents, Real Estate Agents and Mortgage Professionals (F.I.R.M.).
  • Host coffee meetings with F.I.R.M.’s contacts to build network.
  • Promote and sell the concept of BNI® to community leaders, prospective visitors, registered visitors.
  • Facilitate core group meetings that inspire visitors to join the Core Group.
  • Effectively track and transcribe all relevant details of the BNI® Core Group launch process, including applications, payments.  
  • Consistent communication with all Core Group stakeholders and other BNI organization levels.

Summary:

  • The BNI® Director Consultant is responsible for ensuring New Members are onboarded to BNI® in a positive, supportive, productive way so that first year retention improves.

Primary Tasks:

  • Visit Chapter monthly. Ensure the Leadership Team is following the success system BNI® has established.
  • Support Leadership Team during each Chapter Success Meeting. This will ensure Chapter is having high-quality discussions and taking action within areas of opportunity.
  • Host a weekly 30-minute call with Chapter's President, Vice President and Secretary Treasurer, ensuring
    1. They are on track to reach goals and
    2. They're proactively leading Chapter to success.
  • Join a weekly call with Area Director to ensure you are receiving support and guidance you need to be a successful Chapter Ambassador.
  • Participate in monthly Leadership Roundtables to offer you additional exposure as a vital organizational leader of BNI® Alabama.

Summary:

  • The BNI® Launch Director is responsible for increasing the size of the BNI® community. This is accomplished by helping business owners become a Master Connector in their community through launching a new BNI® Chapter.

Primary Tasks:

  • Identify well-connected business owners who have potential to become Master Connectors within the community.
  • Host prospecting One-to-Ones with Financial Advisors, Insurance Agents, Real Estate Agents and Mortgage Professionals (F.I.R.M.).
  • Host coffee meetings with F.I.R.M.’s contacts to build network.
  • Promote and sell the concept of BNI® to community leaders, prospective visitors, registered visitors.
  • Facilitate core group meetings that inspire visitors to join the Core Group.
  • Effectively track and transcribe all relevant details of the BNI® Core Group launch process, including applications, payments.  
  • Consistent communication with all Core Group stakeholders and other BNI organization levels.
