There is no higher priority to our entire High 5 family than the Safety and Security of our Guests and Employees. We are closely monitoring all information presented by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the National Institutes of Health (NIH), the World Health Organization (WHO), and government agencies to stay on top of this evolving situation. According to the most recent information from the CDC, for most people, the immediate risk of being exposed to the virus that causes COVID-19 is thought to be low. However, we at High 5 acknowledge the potential concerns of our Guests regarding the spread of COVID-19 and other communicable viruses in any public area.
We want you to feel relaxed and confident when you are a Guest at High 5. While our entertainment facilities are known for exceptional entertainment, food, and fun for all ages, our top priority is the Safety, Security, Cleanliness, and well-being of our Guests.
ACTIVE PREVENTION POLICY at High 5: At High 5, our goal is to create and maintain an environment that our Guests feel safe and secure. High 5 implements ACTIVE PREVENTION as its safety, security, and cleanliness policy. Cleanliness is a pillar of this policy, and as such, each High 5 Employee is trained to be deliberate in his/her personal hygiene, cleanliness and sanitization of all interaction points at High 5. We wash our hands every time we enter the kitchen to handle food or beverage. We use EPA approved, industrial-grade disinfectants throughout our facility. Our team sprays or wipes down games regularly with disinfectant, including axe handles, bowling balls, and golf clubs, and virtual reality goggles are swabbed with disinfectant wipes between each Guest session. Our team ensures the hand sanitizers throughout the facilities and at the bowling lanes are filled, and we maintain hand sanitizer self-serve pumps at the entrance / exit. We clean our restrooms several times a day, including sanitizing door handles, flushers, and faucets. We wipe down the game room kiosk screens and game room touch points with disinfectant several times a day, and we wipe down our bowler touch screens between each session. Our rental shoes are sprayed between usage with Coronavirus-killing disinfectant between each usage. Our kitchens and bars are scrubbed nightly, and our facility is cleaned and vacuumed each morning. We equip our air cleaning system with HEPA (High Efficiency Particulate Air) filters, which filter recirculated air to remove airborne particles. Moreover, we are in consistent communication, education, and internal acknowledgement of and commitment to our Active Prevention Policy, such that it is adhered to from top to bottom in our organization. Furthermore, as an added measure of safety and optional hygiene for your convenience, we have equipped each of our control counters with personal sanitizer stations, complete with hand sanitizers and disposable hand wipes.
