Medacare offers new driver employees a $240 retention bonus after 6 months employment (based on your first day operating solo). The employee must be in good standing, have an excellent attendance record and good relationships with customers and dispatch. You must be employed at the time of the payout. It is the employee’s responsibility to fill out a self evaluation at their 6th month mark. Management will review and approve or not approve. Approved payments will be paid out the end of your 7 month or later depending on date of submittal of request. Training does not count towards the 6 month criteria.
- No more than 4 points
- No more than 1 at fault accident within the previous (36) months
- No more than 2 minor moving traffic violations within the previous twenty-four (24) months
- Can’t have 1 minor moving traffic violation and 1 at-fault accident within the previous twenty-four (24) months
- No alcohol related violations in past 5 years
